Corporate Email Setup Guide for Outlook, iPhone & Android

Set up your business email (name@yourdomain.com) on Microsoft Outlook, iOS Mail, and Android devices using secure SSL protocols.

🔑 Standard Connection Settings (SSL Encrypted)

  • Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
  • Incoming Server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com — Port: 995 (SSL/TLS)
  • Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com — Port: 465 (SSL/TLS)
  • Username: Full email address (e.g. name@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: Password set in cPanel / Plesk
  • Outgoing Authentication: Required (Same as incoming)

iPhone (iOS) Setup Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
  2. Select Other > Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your name, email address, and password.
  4. Select IMAP and enter the SSL connection settings above.
